How Nature Moves

It flows unthinking. When it hits a barrier, it yields, pauses, re-routes its path continuing in a natural flow uneffected by the barrier it encountered. It does not stick in consciousness.

It moves ‘around’ the barrier in some way as a new path of movement emerges after the acknowledging pause. It may or may not recruit/be joined by another parts to follow a divine instinctual movement seamlessly. Nature doesn’t think and it doesn’t hold on. In fact, it has no opinion. It’s pure movement. It doesn’t think “Oh there was a barrier, let me check on it later." Instead it simply re-organizes around it with instant response and adaption forging a new way remaining in the cosmic dance. It does not latch on to the barrier/obstacle in consciousness. Integration occurs naturally without conscious awareness that the energy matrix of the barrier will be absorbed by the constantly emerging qualities of re- and self-organization of the fluid breath.

Flow like Water. Yield. Acknowledge. Respond. Re-Route. One with trust and knowing.

Choose another path of movement/action/access. Be like water means judgment is replaced by all knowing divine movement. ‘Problems' and 'resistances’ are met with acknowledgement and letting them be there. SPACE.

Effortful + heavy becomes effortless and weightless/unbound by gravity in movement and thinking, in the body and the mind. Emotions become an ocean that holds itself.

Note: Nature may also express in 'nudging a barrier into movement' but never forcing.
